Indian Air Force Involved In Operation Ganga To Rescue Indians Stranded In Ukraine
Pradeep Kumar's report- The central government has intensified the operation to rescue Indian citizens and students trapped in Ukraine. In the next three days, 26 flights will be operated for the return of Indians. Indian Air Force has joined Operation Ganga to evacuate Indian nationals from Ukraine. The C-17 Globemaster took off for Romania early this Wednesday. On Wednesday, a total of three C-17 Globemasters left to bring Indians. Indian Air Force C-17 transport aircraft took off from Hindon Air Base in Ghaziabad to bring back Indian nationals from Ukraine. Along with food items, many medical supplies have also been sent in the plane. More than 15,000 Indian students are stranded in Ukraine amid the war between Russia and Ukraine.
