Through this letter, three senior officers of Mumbai Police have been accused of rape, sexual exploitation, blackmail and mental harassment. However, the women police constables in whose name these letters were written, have declared them to be fake during interrogation. The eight women police constables say that they have not written this letter. The letter was sent to senior police officers through speed post.
