BV was protesting as a part of “Satyagraha” called by the Congress’ top brass against the Enforcement Directorate (ED) summon to party’s interim chief Sonia Gandhi. A video from the incident shows that a police personnel pulls hair of president of the Indian Youth Congress, Sirnivas BV.
