Sources said Bhagwant Mann's wife-to-be Dr Gurpreet Kaur (32) is 16 years younger to him. The Punjab Chief Minister is 48. Dr Gurpreet Kaur's family is settled in Rajpura, though she hails from Haryana.  She has done MBBS and has been known to Bhagwant Mann's family for over one year now.
