These images show how the process of land subsidence is continuing in Joshimath. ISRO released the pictures and said, between 27 December 2022 and 8 January 2023, a landslide of 5.4 cm has been recorded. Between April 2022 and November 2022, Joshimath saw a slow decline of 9 cm. The NSRC said last week that rapid subsidence had started between December and the first week of January.
