Fear, threats and brutality... Sexually abusing minor daughters for 12 years, this is how the accused father's secret was revealed.

According to the police, the accused, a daily wage laborer, appeared to be a normal person from the outside. However, inside the house, he was a terror to his daughters. The accused was arrested while hiding in the Collectorate premises after a complaint was filed.

On Friday, police in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, arrested a father who crossed all limits of humanity. He tarnished the sacred relationship between father and daughter. This sinister father is accused of sexually abusing his two daughters. The accused abused his elder daughter continuously for nearly 12 years, and recently attempted to molest the younger daughter as well. This shameful incident came to light when the 15-year-old daughter protested her father's actions and told her elder sister the entire incident. This caused uproar in the family, and the matter reached the police.

According to police, the accused is a daily wage
laborer who appeared to be a normal person from the outside. However, inside the house, he was a terror for his daughters. The accused was arrested while hiding in the Collectorate premises after a complaint was filed. Police stated that he had been continuously trying to evade arrest and had hidden in the administrative premises, believing himself to be safe. 

The investigation revealed that the sexual abuse

of the elder daughter began when she was just six years old. That's when the accused father raped her for the first time. This continued for years. The father completely destroyed her physically, mentally, and emotionally, leaving her unable to speak out.

According to police officials, the accused repeatedly threatened

the daughter with death. He explicitly stated that if she told her mother or any relative, she would be killed. This fear led the victim to remain silent for nearly 12 years. During this time, the accused repeatedly physically abused her and kept her under complete control. 

The last rape occurred a month ago. 

The police investigation also revealed that the accused had last raped the elder daughter just a month ago. This means that this crime was not a recent incident, but rather the first in a long series of continuous and recent crimes. The police have recorded the victim's statement and conducted a medical examination, which corroborates the allegations.

The accused also molested his younger daughter. 

Recently, the accused also attempted to molest his 15-year-old daughter. But this time, the situation was different. The younger daughter resisted and refused to tolerate her father's actions. She immediately told her older sister about the incident. This was the turning point that brought the entire matter to light.

When the younger daughter shared her ordeal with her elder sister, she broke down and recounted the entire story of the

12 years of sexual abuse she had endured. The younger sister then convinced her that the time for silence was over. Together, they decided to tell their mother everything.

When the mother learned of the atrocities against her daughters, she confronted

the accused husband directly. This led to a heated argument at home, and the matter became known to other family members. Fearing legal action, the accused fled three days ago. However, the police apprehended him on Friday from the Collectorate premises.

Serious sections and the POCSO Act are included in the FIR. 

Police filed an FIR against the accused father on Thursday based on the mother's complaint. He has been charged with rape by intimidation, continuous sexual abuse for 12 years, physical violence, and molestation of his younger daughter. Strict sections of the POCSO Act have also been added to the case. Police say a thorough investigation is underway and efforts will be made to ensure the accused receives the harshest punishment.
