Invited to the house on the pretext of meeting the sister

According to the information, the accused Ahmed Raja had been visiting her house for the last 7-8 years. In May-June last year, the accused invited the victim to his house on the pretext of meeting her sister. When she reached there, no one was in the house. During this, the accused took her to the room and forcibly raped her. The victim said that she remained silent out of fear and ran away from there and came to her house.

Whenever she was alone, he would forcibly rape her.

After this, the accused took advantage of her silence and forcibly raped her whenever she was alone in the house. According to Dakha police station SI Kamaldeep Kaur, on the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case against the accused under sections 376, 506 IPC and sections 4, 6 of the POCSO Act. The police have started investigation. According to police sources, the police have taken the accused into custody. The accused will be produced in court soon and questioned.
