Nagpur BJP MLA Praveen Datke has made a big claim regarding the
violence in Nagpur, Maharashtra. He said that as the investigation progresses,
the conspiracy is being linked to Bangladesh. The violence is not carried out
by local people of Nagpur but by outsiders. They burnt vehicles in the name of
violence and Aurangzeb. Why would the people of Nagpur burn each other's
vehicles? Who are these people, where did they come from and how did they
gather that day? The police is investigating this.
BJP MLA Praveen said that so far 65 vehicles, more than 30
motorcycles and houses and shops have been set on fire. I request everyone to
go to the tehsil and give information. The government will give compensation to
everyone. Insurance companies will give compensation. No injustice will be done
to anyone. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis himself is from Nagpur. Therefore,
whoever has perpetrated this violence will be caught at any cost and will be
given severe punishment.
Why was
Nagpur chosen?
The
BJP MLA said, this was a big conspiracy, which was executed after several days
of planning. Why was Nagpur chosen for this? This is a big question. This is
also being investigated. Apart from the claim of the BJP MLA, the main accused
of the violence, Faheem, and other accused were presented before the court on
Friday. The court has extended Faheem's police custody till March 24.
NIA may
seek remand
The
main accused Faheem was presented through video conferencing. The co-accused
were taken to the court. The court has extended the remand of all till March
24. The NIA may also soon seek remand of the main accused from the court. Let
us tell you that after the violence on Monday, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis
will reach his hometown Nagpur for the first time on Friday evening.
An
official said that the CM will stay in Nagpur at night. He has no public
program on Saturday. Earlier, the CM had said in the assembly that no one will
be spared in punishing those responsible for the violence in Nagpur. This is a
well-planned incident.
