Google Maps Leads To Major Accident In Greater Noida; Car Plunges 30 Feet Into Drain | Watch Video

In a tragic incident in Greater Noida, a station master's life was lost when his speeding car plunged 30 feet into a drain.



A speeding car fell into a 30-foot nullah in Greater Noida on Saturday. The incident took place when car drivers were moving on the directions of Google Maps. According to NBT, when a group of three people was heading towards Kasna from Pi 3 in Greater Noida, their Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire fell into a nullah.


They were following the instructions of Google Maps, but suddenly the road ended, and the car went inside the nullah. After the incident, when two delivery boys who were passing by on motorcycles spotted the incident, they rushed to help.



When they found that the car doors were locked from the inside, they managed to break the glass using hard objects and rescued the car occupants. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital, and the car was recovered using a car.

According to reports, the car was moving at high speed when suddenly the road ended, and it went inside a nullah. Residents said that they have urged concerned authorities to place barricading and boards to inform road users about the “road closure”

A video of the incident also circulated on social media which shows that a grey acr was recovered from the nullah.
