district of Uttar Pradesh. Prayagraj Development Authority has issued a show
cause notice to manager Abid Habibi regarding illegal construction in the
madrasa. The employees of the development authority have also pasted the notice
on the gate of the madrasa.

In the notice pasted by Prayagraj Development Authority, it has been said that house number 140 Jamia Habib Masjide Azam Compound Atarsuya has been constructed without the permission of the Development Authority under the order of Section 14 and Section 15 of Uttar Pradesh Town Planning and Development Act 1973. In this, madrasa and rooms have been constructed on the ground floor and first floor in a compound of about 3 thousand square meters. Permission has not been taken from the Development Authority for its construction. At the same time, an order has also been given to appear before the authority on September 18 at 11 am. During this, it has been asked to explain why the order to demolish the illegal construction should not be given?

The notice issued states that
the manager can appear himself and can also present his authorized
representative. He can also give a written statement of clarification in this
matter. Let us tell you that this notice has been issued under Section 27 (1)
of the Uttar Pradesh Town Planning and Development Act 1973. In the notice,
under Section 26 (1) of the Act, it has been said that under Section 14 of the
Act, a fine can also be imposed for construction work without permission from
the Development Authority. The amount of fine can be up to 50 thousand. At the
same time, the additional fine for the crime of continuing illegal construction
can be increased on a daily basis. After being convicted for committing the
crime for the first time, a fine of Rs 2500 can be imposed.
