Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) at Chandigarh airport on Thursday
(June 06). This woman constable has been suspended in the case.

alleged that Kangana refused to put her phone in the tray during the security
check. Kangana Ranaut left for Delhi by Vistara flight at 3 pm.
Who is the female constable who slapped?
The woman who slapped Kangana Ranaut is a resident
of Sultanpur Lodhi in Kapurthala, Punjab and is the sister of farmer leader
Sher Singh Malhiwal. A senior CISF official said that in the case of slapping
BJP leader and actress Kangana Ranaut at Chandigarh airport, CISF has suspended
the woman constable and has lodged a complaint against her at the local police
station for FIR.
What does Kangana Ranaut have to say?
Kangana explained what happened at Chandigarh
airport in a video message. She said, "I am getting a lot of phone calls
from the media and my well-wishers. First of all, I am safe, I am absolutely
fine. The incident that happened today at Chandigarh airport happened during
the security check. As soon as I came out after the security check, the woman
sitting in the second cabin, who was a CISF security staff, hit me on my face
and started abusing me. When I asked her why she did this, she said that she
supports the farmers' protest. I am safe but I am worried about the growing
terrorism and extremism in Punjab."
