The fire broke out on
June 13
A fire broke out in a clothes and book warehouse in Marwari Katra area of Delhi's famous Chandni Chowk market at 13:30 pm on June 13. After this, the fire department was informed about the fire at 5:00 pm. About 40 fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and after a lot of hard work, the fire was brought under control. The comforting news is that there was no report of any casualty in the incident.
Bleeding collapsed
Let us tell you, the building collapsed in the fire incident. This happened because the houses build on the top of the old buildings were also converted into markets. Shops have been built one after the other on three to four floors. The building in which the fire broke out collapsed. Also, the streets of the market are so narrow that it is impossible for the fire brigade to enter inside it. This is the reason why it took so much time to control the fire.
