Tension after murder of children in UP's Badaun, two real brothers attacked with axe, accused killed in encounter

An uproar broke out in Badaun, UP after the murder of two real brothers. Both of them were hacked to death with an axe. After committing the crime the accused absconded. Angry people set fire to the city.

New Delhi: A huge uproar was seen after two murders in Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh. On Tuesday evening, a salon owner hacked two brothers to death with an axe. After this he absconded. The police killed the killer in an encounter a few hours after the incident. After these murders, an atmosphere of tension was seen in many areas of Badaun. Angry people carried out vandalism and arson at many places. Later the police brought the situation under control by convincing the people. Police forces from several police stations have been deployed to ensure that no untoward incident takes place. 

According to the report, accused Javed used to run his salon in Baba Colony of Civil Line area. On Tuesday evening, he killed two real brothers named Annu (11) and Ayush (6). After committing this incident the accused absconded. Later people informed the police. There was anger among the people. The relatives of the deceased children blocked the road near Mandi Committee intersection. 

Outrage was seen after the incident

When the police tried to send the bodies of both the children for post-mortem, an uproar broke out. People started vandalizing. The situation went out of control. Force arrived from many police stations. Traffic was stopped at many places. Along with this, the stuff from the salon was taken out and set on fire. This arson was carried out at some distance from the Mandi Committee. 

This incident happened due to a fight 

It is being told that salon operator Javed had a clash with the father of the deceased children a day earlier. There was a lot of debate between the two regarding this. Father was out of the house on Tuesday. Whereas mother was running a beauty parlor. Seeing the opportunity, Javed entered the house. He brutally killed both the children with an axe. The accused of committing the crime fled from the spot. 

IG took stock of the situation

Seeing the increasing tension in the city after the murder, IG Bareilly Range Dr. Rakesh Kumar Singh reached the spot and took stock of the situation. Took information about the entire matter from DM-SP. Badaun DM Manoj Kumar told the media that he received information that a man entered the house and brutally murdered two children. People became angry after this incident. Police have appealed to the people to maintain peace. The bodies of the children have been sent for postmortem. The reasons for the murder are being investigated. The police team is busy investigating it.
