Kumar is a supply inspector in the food department in Jasrana, Firozabad.
Shivpratap's education was done in Kishni only. From his initial studies till
his graduation, he completed his degree by staying in his village. Shivpratap
gave the credit of his great success to his entire family including his father
Arvind Kumar and mother.

graduation from Ziladar Singh Mahavidyalaya in Kishni town of Mainpuri
district, Shivpratap did post graduation from Indira Gandhi University, Delhi.
After this he started preparing for PCS exam.
