Uttarakhand: Councilor's brother-in-law shot dead. Haridwar-(Uttarakhand) - On Paniyala Road of Roorkee Ganganahar Kotwali area, three bike-riding miscreants entered the house and opened fire on the councilor's brother, who died on the spot. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. The police is engaged in the investigation. 

According to the information, the deceased youth also worked as a property dealer. SSP Haridwar Pramendra Doval said that investigation is being done on all aspects and police teams have been deployed to nab the miscreants and the incident will be revealed soon. In fact, Joginder, son of Jagram, younger brother of a BJP councilor located at Paniyala Road, Roorkee, Haridwar, was shot dead by three bike-riding miscreants. After which there was chaos in the entire area. 

At present, the police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. Further investigation of the matter is going on. After the accident, a crowd of people gathered at the Civil Hospital. The family took Joginder in injured condition to a private hospital where doctors declared him dead. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot, took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem. At present the police is busy scanning the CCTV cameras installed nearby. Deceased Jogendra is the younger brother of councilor Geeta Choudhary's husband Mangeram Choudhary. 

Along with this, a crowd of people also gathered at the incident site and the Civil Hospital. SSP Haridwar Haridwar Pramendra Singh Doval said that three miscreants entered the house by climbing the wall and committed the murder by opening fire on a person named Joginder. The incident will be revealed soon.
