from these accused. Surajpur Court has given 54 hours remand to the
police. Now the five accused will remain with the police for 54 hours, the

Earlier on Tuesday (November 7) late night, famous YouTuber Elvish
Yadav appeared before Noida Police at Sector-20 police station. The police
asked about 50 questions to Elvish Yadav within three hours. Let us tell
you that an FIR has been registered against six accused including Elvish Yadav
under the provisions of Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 and Section 120-B of
the Indian Penal Code. In this case, the veterinary department's
investigation revealed that venom glands were missing in all the nine snakes
rescued from the possession of the accused persons last week. Police have
already applied for the custody of five people arrested in this case.
Nine
snakes were released in Surajpur forest
In the Elvish Yadav case, Divisional Forest Officer Pramod Kumar
Srivastava said, "His department has received the investigation report
from the veterinary department and now it will be presented in the court for
further legal proceedings. Nine snakes were with us and today we have submitted
the investigation report to the court." After taking permission, they were
released in Surajpur forest.
Interrogation
took place in Sector-20 police station of Noida.
However, Elvish Yadav denied the allegations against him and said
that all false allegations have been made against him. In Sector 20 police
