New Noida will be developed in five phases.
New Noida will be developed in five phases. Everyone will participate in
this. Land will be acquired on the basis of consent of government
agencies, private agencies and farmers and then development work will be done. Development
work of New Noida will be done in 20911 hectares. In this, land will be
acquired through different means.
First, land will be purchased directly from medium farmers. Under
the Land Acquisition Policy 2011, appropriate compensation will be given to the
land owners and lands will be acquired from them.
Land will also be taken through land pooling.
Land will also be taken through land pooling. Under the land pooling
policy, farmers will be asked for their land. Farmers will have to apply
for this, a plot of at least 25 acres is required. Along with this,
private agencies will also get a chance to acquire land. Under the
government's Land Acquisition Policy 2022, private agencies will also be given
the opportunity to purchase land, although these lands should be outside the
limits of the Industrial Development Authority, Housing Development Authority
and Urban Body.
License will be provided on purchase of 25 percent land. Here
development can be done by the developer within 18 months. However, for this
a detailed project report will have to be submitted in advance. After
getting the license, it will be necessary to acquire 60 percent of the fixed
target land within 2 years.
After acquiring 75 percent of the land, it will be necessary to
get the map passed. Its map will be done by UPSIDA. If any kind of
problem arises after the acquisition of 80 percent land, then UPSIDA will help
the developer in this.
