Tamil Nadu BJP N Mana N Makkal Padayatra: In Tamil Nadu, the BJP has started a six-month-long padayatra 'N Mana, N Makkal' (My land, my people) from Friday (July 28). Union Home Minister Amit Shah started this padayatra from Rameshwaram. During this, he also lashed out at INDIA, the alliance of opposition parties. 

Targeting the coalition of opposition parties over familyism, Amit Shah said, "The opposition group wants to develop their family, not the country. Sonia Gandhi wants to make her son Rahul Gandhi the Prime Minister and MK Stalin his Son Udhayanidhi wants to make Stalin the CM."

Shah further said, "Lalu Yadav wants to make Tejashwi the CM, Mamta wants her nephew to be the CM and Uddhav Thackeray wants her son to be the CM. Only PM Modi is working day and night for the country."

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said at the gathering of 'En Mana En Makkal' Padayatra in Rameshwaram, "This Yatra is a journey to free Tamil Nadu from nepotism. This Yatra is a journey to bring Tamil Nadu back to development. This is our message to our Tamil Nadu All the workers will do the work of taking them from village to village."

Amit Shah lashed out at Congress and DMK 

Amit Shah said, “I want to tell the Congress party and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin that nothing happens by changing the name. As soon as you go among the public, people remember the Commonwealth scam, 2G scam, Commonwealth scam, Coal scam. Chopper scam, submarine scam, ISRO scam and many more."

Before the Lok Sabha elections 2024, BJP has already started preparing in Tamil Nadu. Annamalai, the state president of the party, will start a walking tour covering 234 assembly constituencies in the state from July 28. At least one Union Minister will also be present in the 10 major rallies to be held during this period.
