Varanasi: Gyanvapi Masjid dispute escalated, the team that went to survey was stopped by the Muslim parties, the plaintiffs allege – there were about 50 Muslims inside

Varanasi. There has been a ruckus regarding the survey of many deities including Shringar Gauri located in Kashi Vishwanath and Gyanvapi mosque complex of Varanasi. Ever since the survey process started, the protests have been going on. The Muslim side has demanded his removal, accusing the court commissioner of favoritism.

On the other hand, survey could not be conducted in Gyanvapi Masjid for the second day on Saturday. A team of lawyers representing the Hindu side had reached the spot for the survey but were stopped from going inside. After this, the lawyers of the Hindu side returned from the Kashi Vishwanath Dham complex itself. The videographer and photographer went to the mosque premises but the team was stopped from entering the mosque for the survey and there was a fierce dispute.


The controversy over Gyanvapi Masjid has increased to such an extent that there is a fierce opposition to videography. Due to which the survey in Gyanvapi Masjid is not being completed. Survey proceedings are being disrupted continuously in Gyanvapi Masjid. The Muslim parties stopped the team that went to conduct the survey. The plaintiff side alleges that the Muslim side stopped the commission. In which around 50 Muslims were inside the mosque. In the midst of the Gyanvapi survey, slogans were continuously raised to spoil the atmosphere, which caused even more panic in the atmosphere.

 

At present, the controversy over Gyanvapi Masjid is increasing. The kind of pictures that came out during the survey in the mosque added to the controversy. During the survey, sloganeering with uproar and ruckus, then due to the dispute of videography between the parties, the matter is continuously gaining momentum.
