you that on December 27, 1988, Sidhu and one of his friends had a fight with an
elder named Gurnam Singh over car parking. And Gurnam Singh was killed in
this battle. After which a case of culpable homicide was registered
against Sidhu and his friend regarding this matter. During the Darasah
fight, Sidhu dropped Gurnam, after which the elderly man was rushed to the
hospital, where he died of a heart attack.
