'No doubt on the decision of the trial court' The
Supreme Court said that it is better if the district judge hears the matter first. The District Judge will not give orders on how to work. The court also said that they are not doubting the decision of the trial court.

Supreme Court has given three suggestions The
Supreme Court has given three suggestions. First, our interim order will remain in force till the trial court decides on the application. Second, the court asked the lawyers who were appearing for which side. Third, in view of the complexity of the case, the District Judge should hear the case.

Civil Judge Ravi Kumar heard
in the trial court Let us tell you that this matter was heard in the trial court by Civil Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar. He had ordered the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid. He is a civil judge of Uttar Pradesh Judicial Services.

Know about Civil Judge Ravi Kumar
Ravi Diwakar had joined the UP Judicial Service in the year 2009 as Civil Judge Junior Division. According to media reports, Ravi Kumar Diwakar is originally from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. He has also done his education from Lucknow. His first posting was in Azamgarh, then Sultanpur and then in Badaun. In Badaun, Ravi Diwakar was promoted to Civil Judge Senior Division.

According to media reports, Ravi Kumar came to Varanasi in the year 2019 as the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate. In May 2020, he became the Special CJM. Presently he is Varanasi Civil Judge Senior Division.
