Moradabad: Warrant issued against actress Sonakshi Sinha in cheating case, accused of grabbing Rs 36 lakh



Film actress Sonakshi Sinha is being accused of not attending an event by taking money. Sonakshi Sinha case's Badi Pramod Kumar Sharma has told in a press conference with his advocate Ashutosh today that arrest warrants have been issued against Sonakshi Sinha and Abhishek Sinha. Their relationship was already gone and their stay is also over. After which ACM Four has issued arrest warrants against Sonakshi Sinha and Abhishek Sinha while owning the Supreme Court and the High Court.

Pramod Sharma, the event manager of Katghar police station area, had filed a fraud case against actress Sonakshi Sinha and her company. Pramod Sharma alleged that Sonakshi Sinha did not come to attend the program to be held in Delhi even after signing the contract. While the payment for the plane ticket was done from the payment. So right now in this regard, in the Sonakshi Sinha case, Pramod Kumar Sharma and his advocate Ashutosh organized a press conference at his office today.

Giving information in the press conference, Advocate Ashutosh said that Sonakshi Sinha, daughter of Shatrughan Sinha, has cheated Moradabad person Pramod Sharma of more than 90 lakhs. Whose case was registered on 22 February 2019 at Katghar police station. Investigation of the case took place, in that investigation, went to the High Court and brought a stay from there and a chargesheet was filed against Sonakshi Sinha, Abhishek Sinha and 3 others. Sonakshi Sinha went to the Honorable High Court regarding that chargesheet. Honorable High Court stayed pro stenting in it. and stayed the proceedings below. In the midst of that came a guideline of the Supreme Court, in which the Honorable High Court circulated B and asked to comply with that administrative order.


In it it was said that the duration of any stay more than 6 months is not fixed, no stay can last more than 6 months. Sonakshi Sinha went against 4 seats in 2020. Thereafter, the High Court did not extend that order by speaking order. So technically that order got cancelled. This was our application. And the guidelines issued by the Supreme Court. That guideline and our order and which is an administrative letter. Applying that, we filed with ACM for Sushmita Goswami. So he respected the Honorable Supreme Court and the High Court and issued arrest warrants against Sonakshi Sinha and Abhishek Sinha.

In the same case, Badi Pramod Kumar Sharma says that. I had a show in 2018 and I had called Sonakshi Sinha for that show. The money was gone. Plane tickets were also made. But Sonakshi Sinha did not come at the last time. I lost a lot in that. Then I was threatened from their side. I talked to him about 24 lakh plus GST. Which sits 28 lakh 32 thousand. 29 lakh 92 thousand rupees have been incurred on Sonakshi Sinha, after that she did not do anything and threatened me that if you do any kind of law or something, it will not be right. Then I got the FIR lodged, after the chargesheet with 4 seats in the FIR, now about the arrest have been issued.
