Pradeep Kumar's report –The war between Russia and Ukraine continues and meanwhile Harjot Singh, an Indian student leaving Kiev, has been shot. After this Harjot Singh has been taken back to Kiev where Harjot is currently admitted to a hospital. Huh.

Union Minister General VK Singh, who arrived in Poland for the Ganga mission to evacuate Indians from Ukraine, has shared the information about the injured Indian student. General VK Singh has said that such situations arise when war goes on , we are trying to save all Indians.

Harjot Singh, an injured Indian student, has appealed to take himself to the country as soon as possible. In a statement, Harjot Singh has said , ' I have no one here . I have a fracture in my foot. I have requested the embassy to take me by car or some way from here. I cannot walk. If there was no fracture on the foot, I would have walked myself to the border. There are many Indian students stuck in Kyiv right now. There is an atmosphere of fear everywhere. The situation is not good anywhere.

Harjot Singh was going towards the western border of Ukraine on 27 February. During this time he was shot in Kyiv. The local people took him to the hospital in Kyiv City with the help of an ambulance.

Two Indian students have already died in the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia . On March 1, Russia carried out an airstrike in Kharkiv, Ukraine. In this, a student named Naveen Shekharappa, a resident of Karnataka, was killed. After this, the Ministry of External Affairs had said that they are trying to bring the body of the student to India.

After this, an Indian student died in Ukraine on March 2. The deceased Chandan Jindal was a resident of Punjab and had gone to Ukraine to study medicine four years ago. He suddenly fell ill on February 2 . After this he was admitted to the ICU. However , the Ministry of External Affairs had said that Chandan's death was a natural death.

The Indian Embassy in Ukraine has been issuing advisories to our citizens. The embassy had earlier issued an appeal to leave Kyiv and Kharkiv and reach somewhere else under any circumstances.
