read this news... The General Manager of Northern Railway spoke with the officials of several zones and inquired about Omicron. During this, the Northern Railway has issued guidelines regarding the new variant Omicron. Earlier, in the guidelines issued by the Railways during the Corona period, it was instructed to be strictly strict and not to give any relaxation of any kind.

In the meeting held with the General Manager of Northern Railway, there was also a discussion regarding taking the dose of Kovid vaccine of officers and employees in all the divisions, in which it has been said that about 90 percent of the railway staff have got the first dose of the vaccine, while the second dose has been given. Only 60 percent of the staff has got it installed. On this, the Railways has given instructions to take the second dose. If instructions for the third booster dose come in view of the increasing threat of Kovid, then that too should be given to the staff on priority. Railways has asked the employees to make them aware.

While issuing the guidelines, the Railways said that it is necessary to strictly follow all the Kovid guidelines in trains regarding passengers. Along with this, passengers also have to give their destination ie home address while booking computerized reservation tickets, this rule will also be kept in force till further orders.
