Omicron accelerates! 4 new cases in Hyderabad, so far 87 positive across the country

There have been a total of 87 cases of Omicron in India. The highest number of cases have been found in Maharashtra so far. There have been 32 cases here. 17 cases have been reported in Rajasthan, 10 in Delhi, 5 in Kerala, 5 in Gujarat, 8 in Karnataka, 6 in Telangana, 1-1 in Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Chandigarh.


Omicron in India: The cases of Omicron, a new variant of corona in India, are increasing rapidly. So far, 87 cases of Omicron have been reported in the country. On Thursday, 4 new cases of Omicron have been found in Telangana and 5 in Karnataka. With this, a total of 6 cases of the new variant of Corona have been reported in Telangana and 8 in Karnataka. Maharashtra has the highest number of Omicron cases in the country.

Out of 5 cases found in Karnataka, three returned from abroad

, 3 out of Omicron patients found in Karnataka on Thursday have returned from abroad. While 2 have reached Bangalore from Delhi. Those who returned from abroad include a 19-year-old man who returned from the UK, a 52-year-old man who returned from Nigeria and a 33-year-old man who returned from South Africa.

Big events will not be held on New Year

in Mumbai In view of the increasing cases of Omicron in Mumbai, big events on Christmas and New Year have been banned. Apart from this, there will also be a ban on organizing on the roofs in residential complexes. Even big events will not be able to take place in the residential society. The gathering of people on the beach has been banned.
