Union Agriculture Minister said - all three new agricultural laws will not be returned, Rakesh Tikait's retaliate, said - situation like emergency born out of dogma

Rakesh Tikait, spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, alleged that due to the assertion of the central government on the new agricultural laws, an emergency-like situation has arisen in the country.

Farmers are continuing their protest on three new agricultural laws related to reforms in the agriculture sector, which were passed by the Parliament in the month of September last year by the Central Government. Meanwhile, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has once again made it clear on Thursday that the three new agricultural laws of the Center will not be withdrawn.

After this, Rakesh Tikait, spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union alleged that the emergency-like situation has arisen in the country due to the 'obstacle' of the central government. He tweeted, "The government's dogma regarding all three black laws has created an emergency-like situation in the country. The farmer will not return home without returning the bill. The government is doing unnecessary dogma about the return of the agriculture bill. All three laws have to be withdrawn, and a law on MSP will have to be made."

However, this is not the first time that these things have been said by the Central Government. It has been continuously said from the government that they are ready to talk to the farmers and they should come and discuss the things on which the farmers have objections. But, the farmers have been adamant on their insistence for the return of agricultural laws for the past seven months. Along with this, the government is also demanding to make MSP a part of the law.

So far, several rounds of talks have taken place between the government and farmers' organizations on this issue, but nothing has come out of the result. In fact, farmers fear that through these three new agricultural laws, the government will abolish the market system ie MSP and leave them in the hands of the capitalists. While the government is continuously giving assurance that MSP will not be abolished. Rather, through these three laws, the agriculture sector will improve and the income of the farmers will increase.
