All four were considered suspects in the bombings outside the Israeli embassy. The reason for this was that on the day of the blast i.e. January 29, the phones of the four accused were switched off and all of them suddenly disappeared from Delhi.

The IED blast took place outside the Israeli Embassy in Delhi on January 29 this year.
