The ruckus over the land purchased by the Ram Mandir Trust in Ayodhya was not over yet, that another land deal has come to the fore. The place where the Ram Mandir Trust had bought two crore land in Ayodhya for 18.5 crores, at the same place, the value of the land purchased 10 days ago became one crore, 90 lakhs. It also has a connection to the earlier land deal. In fact, in this registry of land held on June 7, the same Ravi Mohan Tiwari is the witness, who sold land worth two crores to the Ram Mandir Trust for 18.5 crores.

The Ram Mandir Trust had bought 12,080 square meters of land on March 18 this year from individuals named Sultan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari for Rs 18.5 crore. The value of this land was estimated at Rs 5 crore 80 lakh. The SP leader had exposed the deal, after which Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh called it a scam while holding a press conference in Lucknow. After creating a ruckus in the whole matter, the Ram Mandir Trust had argued that on the basis of the old agreement, this deal was done at a price less than the current market price.

This month, on 7th June, a land deal was done between Mahendra Nath Mishra and Deep Narayan in the same village of Ayodhya in Bijesi Bagh, Pargana Haveli Awadh. Land of 3,040 square meters was bought for Rs.1 crore 90 lakh, whose market value was also only one crore 90 lakh. That is, recently on June 7, this deal of land was done at circle rate only.

According to this deal done on June 7, this land of 3,040 square meters was bought at the rate of Rs 6250 per square meter. Whereas 4 months ago on March 18, 2021, this 12,080 square meter land was purchased by the trust at the rate of Rs 15,314 per square meter.

In this case, Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh has alleged that the land which someone is getting at circle rate, the land was bought by the trust at four times higher price. He said that this is telling that the scam has happened on a large scale and the trust people have cheated the Ram devotees.
