Fearing the prediction of an astrologer, a girlfriend killed her boyfriend by poisoning him with an Ayurvedic drink. Before dying, she did research and saw thousands of methods on Google and when she was sure that she would not be caught in this way, she hatched a horrifying conspiracy with her maternal uncle.

A girl of just 22 years wrote such a story of murder that whoever heard it could not believe the horrifying story. There was no witness left behind for the murder. The death also seemed natural in the beginning. But, before dying, Sharan told his friend that his girlfriend named Greeshma SS had poisoned him. The investigation that started with just one statement finally landed Greeshma behind the bars of the jail. Now she has been sentenced to death by the Neyyattinkara Additional District Session Court. The court has called this murder case the rarest of the rare.

Greeshma was a PG student and Sharon was in the last year of her graduation. During that time, both of them met in a private college in Kanyakumari. It was here that their hearts met and they started getting closer to each other. Slowly, their friendship started increasing. They also had a relationship with mutual consent. Both of them were happily in a relationship with each other for about a year. But Greeshma's family fixed her marriage to someone else. After the marriage was fixed, Greeshma wanted to get rid of Sharon. She also talked to Sharon about this, but Sharon flatly refused to end her relationship with Greeshma. After this, Greeshma wanted to get rid of Sharon at any cost. For which she made a horrifying plan.

The astrologer in Grishma's family had predicted that her first husband would die. Because of this, Grishma was very scared and wanted to leave Sharon and marry someone else. Grishma was also afraid that if she ended her relationship with Sharon and married someone else, Sharon might send her objectionable photos to her husband. This could also put her marriage at risk. So she made a horrifying plan. Grishma called Sharon home on 14 October 2022 and made her drink herbicide mixed with Ayurvedic medicine. Sharon found the medicine very bitter but she drank it. After this Sharon went home. Where his health deteriorated. After his health deteriorated, he was admitted to the hospital.

Sharon was admitted to the hospital in a critical condition. When the doctors examined her, it was found that many of her organs had failed. Sharon died a painful death after 11 days of treatment. After Sharon's death on October 25, the family complained to the police about Grishma. The police registered a case and arrested Grishma on October 31. About a year later, in September 2023, Grishma got bail. However, the police investigation was so accurate that Grishma's cunning plan also came to light.

The hearing of Sharon murder case continued in Neyyattinkara Additional District Session Court. After about two years, Judge AM Basheer while giving the verdict in the court put the whole case in the category of rarest of the rare and sentenced Greeshma to death. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 2 lakh on Greeshma. However, Greeshma showed her educational achievements to escape the case, cited her nine criminal histories but the court put it in the category of heinous crime. The court found that Greeshma had carried out this murder in a planned manner. She had tried to kill Sharon even before this. At the same time, after her arrest, she also tried to harm herself. Therefore, the court did not show any leniency in the punishment to Greeshma and sentenced her to death.
